Before You Book

What's actually included in the price?

Pickup, dune bashing, camel ride, sandboarding, unlimited water and soft drinks, a full BBQ dinner (vegetarian option always available), and the evening's entertainment — belly dancing, fire show, and tanoura dance. Alcoholic drinks are available for purchase at the camp. No hidden charges.

How does hotel pickup work?

Tell us your hotel name when booking. We'll send a confirmation with your exact pickup time window (typically 3:00–4:00 PM for evening safaris). Our driver calls you 20 minutes before arriving at your hotel lobby.

Is dune bashing safe for everyone?

Our drivers adjust the intensity based on who is in the vehicle. Mention any back or neck issues when booking and we will go gentler. We do not recommend dune bashing for pregnant women. For most healthy adults it is exhilarating rather than dangerous — we have had zero dune bashing injuries in 16 years of daily operation.

What should I wear to the desert?

Loose, comfortable clothing in light colours. Closed-toe shoes — not sandals. A light jacket for evening safaris, as it gets cool after 8 PM. SPF 50+ sunscreen and sunglasses if you are doing a morning safari. Avoid brand-new shoes — sand is extremely thorough.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour with a full refund. Within 24 hours the booking is non-refundable, but we will reschedule to any date within 6 months. For cancellations on our end due to weather, you receive a full refund or free reschedule.

Can we book as a large group?

Yes — groups of any size. For 8 or more, we typically arrange a private vehicle or multiple vehicles. Private groups get a flexible itinerary. For 20+ guests, WhatsApp us directly and we will put together a custom proposal with group pricing.
