We provide free pickup from all Dubai hotels, apartments, and residences. Tell us your hotel name when booking. Our driver will call you 30 minutes before your pickup time.
Dune bashing is generally safe for healthy adults and children above 5 years old. We do not recommend it for pregnant women, people with back/neck problems, or heart conditions. Our drivers adjust intensity based on passenger comfort.
Comfortable loose-fitting clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. For evening and overnight safaris, bring a light jacket as it gets cool after sunset.
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour start time with a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. We also offer free rescheduling if you need to change your date.
